Manasi Jogalekar, PhD

I joined the Bonventre lab in 2019 as a Research Scientist at the NIH-funded Core Biomarker Facility. We collaborate with several hospitals and institutes across the country and carry out projects to evaluate the utility of kidney injury biomarkers and inflammation markers to predict the progression of kidney diseases using clinical samples. We also develop assays for kidney-injury biomarkers using platforms such as Luminex, MSD, Randox Daytona (chemical analyzer) and Siemens BNII system.
